Got this email yesterday. Is this what you guys call "Ghost Update"? I checked my CIC account and under my Express Entre application, there was a message saying "an action is required"(or something like that) but there was no updates and the message disappeared on the main page.

my spouse is in India and yet to give her biometric, but in the CIC site it shows biometeic completed on 20th Oct.Its updated based on my work permit biometric.
My PR process will be in processing? And final decision will be made once my spouse biometric is completed?
