I got ghost updates when medicals was cleared and when Biometrics were linked to previous biometrics.Congrats!!
Just for curiosity... did you see any ghost updates at all? I don't see that stated on your signature, so I'm just wondering if you didn't get any.
Thanks

Kindly clarify this:
I got these information via calls, web forms.
My application was initially sent to CIO Sydney; then to Accra as Local visa office- where I was given ADR schedule 4; the ADR has not been reviewed to date since November 2, 2020; then now I have Accra as primary VO and Hong Kong as secondary Visa office.
My questions:
1) Who is to review the ADR, Primary or secondary VO?
2) who issues PPR, primary or Secondary VO?
3) kindly differentiate the function of primary VO from Secondary VO.
Thank you.
@legalfalcon - If the security background check hasn't started, does this mean it will take a minimum of 110 days from now? I believe you mentioned that's the average time it takes?Hi @legalfalcon ,

Thank you @legalfalcon .The application is processed at different offices throughout the process. It is the office where your application currently is, which will review the ADR. The PPR can be sent by the primary or secondary office, but it will be the primary office where most of the processing takes place.
