Hello All,
I my spouse have faced the motorcycle accident and is considered as a catastrophic injury. He is having issue with holding the memory for long time could I able to ask for a waiver ?
If so, how can I get this document be filled by ? As the family doctor has no detail information about his condition.
If there is anyway who could help with all the required documents to be filled, please let me know would be greatly helpful.

Sorry to hear about your wife accident. Have you applied for citizenship for your wife. I mentioned my son medical condition during application and later on they asked for further medical information that need to take sign from family doctor.

Thank you, not yet waiting to gether the documents before I submit so there won't not be any missing information and put this application on hold.
I will get the family doctor appointment to fill out one form however the question here is as family doctor has no prior information of my spouse. So this is my concert that he would not able to fill in right information.

Condition:
No impact on :
1- Speach
2- Body movement

Impacted:
1- Memory (left skul removal preventing blood cloth)
2- House hold activity, cooking, cleaning, etc requires help.
3- Fracture right foot (can't not drive )
4- Behavioral symptoms occasionally
5- Left Hearing and Eye vision
6- Lower back surgery.

Having this long list of issues family doctor replied he is not going to read the bulk of paperwork's, if there is any current health problem then he could help with.

As to I know of, I need to submit the form cit0547, cit0116e. Am I right ? Or it there anything else ?

Quick question, After submitting your affidavit is there anything extra you did to get the Citizenship process completed. Did you go through the MP or any attorney? For my brother, there has been no changes/updates. His Affidavit was submitted back in July of 2023 and since than nothing.

All i got to know through GCMS notes is that his security is still in progress.

After submitting the affidavit within 7 days I got invitations for citizenship interview For my son and me . On the interview day they check my son id and passport and after that they provided the citizenship certificate.
Earlier I was pushing through our local MP to process his file .
