I'm worried that I'm apply on 31 Jul 2019 but I don't have any response from embassy

I apply on paper base through vfs global center Islamabad and how can I link my application GC key account
When I put my information on GC key accounts through passport and family name it's say we are not found application what error

TRV for returning worker VFS Cebu Philippines paper application timeline

Paper application: December 12th
Biometrics Validity Letter: December 17th
Passport with visa received: December 19th

On the website it says 15 calendar days so I did not link my paper application to online right away.
