Dear all it's so sad we don't even get an update about our application and we sit down waiting and waiting till God knows when we are going to hear from IRCC, most of us have passed the 12months and has till not heard any, please let's all join this second protest on the 19 September for our voices to be heard thank you.

looks like IRCC got this excuse extended to not work on outland applications, for another 30 days. Canada adds 30 days to international travel restrictions

Spouses have been getting PPR in the last couple of weeks, especially, so if this border closure extension has anything to do with Outland applications, I'd like to know how and why these select few applications were picked for PPR.
Funny too how some of us have been waiting since 2018 but ppl who applied in January are already here in Canada. SMH.

Only Visa offices outside of Canada are sending PPRs to applicants. I'm happy to see some progress, but CPC-M, there is no word from them on outland applications.

The only consolation of this situation is that when new apps start to get transferred to VO, they should be worked on right away cause the VO Outland division is gonna be empty in a few months time.

So Canadians in other countries can work in those embassies and can give ppr to applicants and allow them to fly to Canada but Mississauga cannot because there's covid? ....?

We are feb 2020 outland applicant. My husband (PA) is from EU with valid eTA. No visa required.
Our file was moved to Mississauga March 6, with SA, Bio and medical DONE and passed!. No word since then....

My application reach 100% yesterday and it’s say to contact them if I don’t see any update. But today, on ecas it’s change to decision made.
Does anyone know if the account is just link together or there is an update ?

Sent my application towards end of July, they got it on Aug 3rd 2019. I waited 3 months and never got any update or info. Finally sent an email to my local MPP in Nov who put a request in for me to get an update. They were told they have received my application and are working on it and if any update is available they will let me know. I emailed them in Jan 2020 and they told me my application is still waiting to be processed. To this day no reply or update from them. Came to visit my wife in March then Covid hit and been here with her for 4 months now as no one can leave or get into the country. Just wished I got an AOR so I can link the application online.

Finally got an update that my application was received. Took a year and 2 weeks just to get the first letter after they received my application. Going to be a long process by the looks of it.
