Correct. and even if you have a date stamp on the front, you're still required to put those details on the back.
Here's the extract from Doc checklist:
Please write your name and date of birth on the back of each photo and provide a brief
description of the context on the back of each photograph
thanks again:)

Hi Guys, am I required to write Sponsor's & principals name and DOB on each and every page of supporting docs. For eg the life insurance policy has 5 pages, so am I required to write these details (Sponsor's & principals name and DOB) on each and every page OR only on the 1st page. also please adivse as we are not supposed to staple the docs can we use paper clips. Thanks

The word "Misplaced" has me worried, I know I am picking straws here but is this something you are speculating or has anyone informed you of this?

Misplaced is my word for lack of a better explanation, nobody has actually told me that's the case, nobody from CIC would ever admit something like that. You could call it a whole bunch of circumstantial evidence. Look at the excel tracking sheets, apps from July 24-Aug 14, nobody got AOR's until about a week ago, meanwhile the apps after mid Aug thru to 1st week of Sept were getting them as if our apps were never there in the queue. Also my wife is on a FB page for apps from the Philippines, most of them are not on this forum and it is the same story with them.

As I said above they are now near the end of July in issuing AOR's so if they were misplaced then they now have been located and are being processed, so keep an eye on the tracking sheet and you can see when they are getting near your app. I don't believe it is a co-incidence that 3 weeks worth of apps, all in a row could have all been held up for any other reason.

Nothing we can do about it, things are now moving so sit tight and wait, hopefully all cleared up soon.

Cheers

Thanks, I

Thanks for clearing that out for me :), I am getting a bit restless after seeing applications after August 14 getting their AORs, Medical & Biometrics within a months time. So just caught on to that word, I hope people who are still waiting on their AORs get some updates soon!

Thanks, I

I think all of us in that group are frustrated by what has happened since apps are supposed to be processed in the order they are received. Like everybody who applies, we would like to see our apps to be processed ASAP also. Hang tight, our turn is coming.

It seems the processing of application moved to visa office have been stopped. Because the officers are handling a bunch of cases from first two weeks of August. I wish those applicants get their AOR soon.

After that... maybe after one week...it's our turn to call CIC or IRCC. What's going on with the moving process?

I didn't get an answer to 'why', but I did learn that my information is in the system already and I should be getting AOR1 after the last batch of July applicants are done.
