Normally they will reply to your feedback. And it takes about 10 days to get response. Plus I suggest you purely mention your specific case or personal information instead of compliant with the order. Then the feedback may be useful for your application's process. Just kindly remind, hopefully you don't mind if it's not a good suggestion.I submitted this feedback to CIC today online. Maybe I will get an answer, but probably not. We'll see.
"If applications are handled in the order they are received, why are some applications that were sent later being processed before others? ........... it's been reported that individuals whose applications were received from late July to mid August are still waiting to hear back, while people who applied after mid August are several stages ahead in the application process. I am just wondering if there's any backlog issues going on that's affecting a particular time frame of individuals."
Happy for those who received responses. It is nerve racking to wonder whether your application will be processed or returned, so you are past that stage! Good luck with the rest of the process.
No, I don't mind. That's a good suggestion. Only problem is, when I tried to ask about case specific inquiry before, a UCI or case number was required (especially if we've already submitted the application) which is something we don't have if we haven't received our AOR1. I have no previous experience of dealing with them either.Normally they will reply to your feedback. And it takes about 10 days to get response. Let me know if you can locate the form that does not require this or a way to get around it and I will try after some time if I don't hear anything back.
I also thought I'd communicate with them instead of hanging in limbo not knowing what's going on. Doesn't hurt, right?
They've always verified if the file was complete before sending AOR, if it's not they just send it back to the sponsor without acknowledging the receipt of the file.Application recieved August 07. Called CIC yesterday. The agent found our application on their system and she gave me a file number. She also said that they're just verifying the documents and once it's done they will send the AOR.
I think the CIC is trying something different to process application faster. So they're verifying all the documents now and when it's move to the PA visa office they will just ask for the PPR
To those who haven't got their AOR call CIC.
