I know someone's who got file no Sep 25 but NOI Aug 15 will get it before me with NOI Sept 24 but NOI Aug 28. Look at the day of NOI(only outland please). Definitely, I am seeing your nomination coming tomorrow or before Friday max!

I think people get calls when the officer needs more clarity on work information. It depends on the documents submitted
