You should get it real soon. I seemed to get mine at the same time as some people from the 27th, despite it stating it was delivered on the 26th. My fingers are crossed that you get it tomorrow.

Anybody got their file number on July 31st, 2019, have received a nomination?? I got my file number on July 31st but haven't received a nomination, yet.

One more question, if you don't get selected for nomination, do they send the rejection letter ?? How much time should I wait ??

Even if you got rejected, you will have some notification regarding the results.
 
Not a single file number or nominations update since yest until this post. Looks like everyone is trapped in homes due to sudden snow. o_O
