Yes, that's right.
- Application form completed and signed by applicant and guarantor
- Two photos (back of one photo confirmed and signed by guarantor)
- Copy of ID card signed by guarantor
- Original citizenship certificate

I received my Canadian passport today. Here is the timeline for those looking for processing times these days:
- I received Citizenship Certificate on 16 November 2020
- I posted Passport application on 16 November 2020
- Application received by Passport Service on 19 November 2020
- They deducted Passport issuing fee from my credit card on 26 November 2020
- They called my guarantor on 27 November 2020
- They issued Passport on 30 November 2020
- Passport arrived at post office on 03 December 2020 but I didn't received notice until 07 December
- Citizenship Certificate arrived at post office on 07 December and I received notice to pick them up
_ I received both Passport and Certificate from local post office today (08 December 2020)

And officially this project successfully ended for me.
I hope you guys reach this point very soon.

After you take your oath, IRCC will send you the citizenship certificate. When you apply for your passport, you need to send the original citizenship certificate to them and they will send it back to you. Hence you see it twice.

No, still waiting for Certificate, it's 2.5 month passed but no update from Ottawa office, Yes status still DM.

Is anyone from Ottawa, got certificate in Nov or Dec?
