Congratulations, how do you email back the Affirmation of Citizenship form to which email address because usually it says in their emails they sent to you don't reply to them ?

Send it to the email in which you got the Affirmation of Citizenship form attachment though the email says not to reply back to it.

The ceremony took me 17 minutes with 3 people and me through Zoom.

I had to cut my PR card into 4 pieces, sign oath or affirmation of citizenship during the oath and send the signed form to officers after.

You don't have to fill in the top right hand corner details.
Just put your signature and date in two places i.e. under Important Prohibitions and Oath or Affirmation of Citizenship sections of the form.

Fun fact I actually called the IRCC call centre last week to follow up on my application and was told that the ceremony’s were officially on hold until January but that unofficially they were working on a virtual ceremony project and that applicants were chosen at random so I was pleasantly surprised when I received the email invite today as I previously heard that the invite was done via a phone call
