Hi,
if you are an applicant calling from canada, you can call on cic helpline number to get an update on your account. It's not easy to reach out to an agent but with the help of your phone keypad try reaching out to them.

If your AOR date is Aug 21 2019 then your estimated time of completion should be February 21st 2020.
