24 August Applicant. Mecial Done in December. Still says medical not received but I have email from CIC confirming the medical is received. File transferred to LVO on March 20, 2019.
Got a letter today for Pre-Arrival. Also got another letter couple of hours later.
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
 XXXXXXXXX ( Client ID Number)- XXXXX( Client Name):
 RPRF, Family Class: Have your sponsor pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee in Canada This must be received at this office by: 2019/07/12.
I don't understand the first part. It just has the client ID number and Name.
Some one please help me understand.
Also I submitted the PR fee with the application. Total $1040. Please let me know if there is another fee needed.
Also on the GCC key they changed the Bio Metrics Status. So now it says that I need Biometrics, see the below message.
But the below message has the information explained above.
Please guide..

Update: Contacted CIC and I was told that fee was applied to wrong account by mistake on their side and they will refund me the $490.00 and I will have to submit $490.0 again for RPRF.
And also the first bullet does mean Bio Metrics...
And My Medical status has been changed to "Pass"... So I guess I am on the track....;-)

That last one was in reply to King of the Ring. I'm August 2'nd. Nothing since AOR2 on Feb.28 but it seems that things accelerate with a month remaining. 50 days to go.

I just logged on to ECAS and I see it says decision made under the permanent resident application section. Any ideas what this means? Am I getting close to PPR ? Thanks so much

I got my GCMS notes... file is still in Sydney... hasn't been touched since feb... doesn't show anything wrong so I'm very very confused as to what's going on with mine and why it hasn't been transferred to lvl

it changed from process to progress.... someone just deleted his/her comment on post .... they said yes i assumed it right they actually started my background checks

From what i have read on this forum and experienced BGC is supposed to change from your background check is in progress to we are processing your background check. However for a lot of users gckey states that from the minute they link their account or after a few days of linking (as was my case). But until you get the line on ecas that states we started processing your app on so and so date, no use analysing what gckey states about bgc, I believe it’s just a waste of time
