I have a problem my medical instruction letter was issued on 4th December, 2018 but I haven't received it yet because of the postal strike in Canada these days. I want a suggestion what should I do now?

Actually YES If he did not provide any e-mail, ONLY then it should have come in REG mail, Thanks

File transferred to Vienna visa office from Sydney NS on 24 December I have two questions:
1. The file is transferred before doing Medical and Biometric is this normal ?
2. PA is from Afghanistan and file is transferred to Vienna though PA have spent some 2.5 years in Germany but currently he is in Afghanistan, where PA can submit his passport when requested ?
