Mine is an electronic visa stub. The date is, I think, 18th Jan 2020. Shorter than I expected! What about others?

Its normally one year from the date of medicals .

Ah! Of course, yes! Yay ... and... grr.. I mean, I did the medical right at the beginning and the restriction on my entry period is based on the processing of my application.. entirely out of my control... Chicken and Egg.

I still would try contacting mp... at least he will tell u what stage you are in. Maybe it is background check!
I saw you need an arc to return to Canada... maybe this is what is the hold up is about...

Our rep contacted the VO and they said they will contact if they need anything else or when a decision is made..so yeah

the estimate processing time was Aug 15,2019
Now it’s showing “ Your application is taking us longer than usual to process. “
My husband lives in sweden and I applied outland
Is it normal than it’s taking longer than the estimated time??

I'm in the same boat, hit the 12 months mark 11 days ago. I inquired but all I get back is that the background check yet hast to start... We're just extra unfortunate I guess.

hi good day everyone i just want to ask if someone also have the same status for my application for example i send my documents to nova scotia, sydney through DHL and i checked it by DHL and it was already delivered and received last august 8 but i haven't received any message from the processing centre that they already have my documents. i hope someone can also give their experience im worried its already almost a month. As far as i know and read here most of them received a message by processing if they received their doc. thank you and god bless us all.

They don’t give any confirmation about receiving your application. You just need to wait for AOR ( if your application is complete and no documents missing, and it can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks, sometime up to 4 months.
