So, I became a Canadian citizen yesterday (Nov. 5)! :)
The online status changed to Complete today (Nov. 6)! Does this mean that I can go ahead and apply for passport?

Congratulations, you should try and share your experience if they accept passport application today.

Thank you littleun for the nice words and all your efforts in maintaining the spreadsheet.

So, an update on how my passport application went.

I had oath in the afternoon of Nov. 5th, checked ecas in the morning of Nov. 6th and saw Completed!
I went to Canadian Passport Office in the afternoon of Wednesday. Told them that I need to travel to US on Saturday and I need to apply for urgent passport. The agent said that I can actually apply for the express one (2-9 days pick up, $50 instead of $110) and my passport will be ready for pick up on Friday at noon!

Good luck everyone!

Yeah, well done. We are on a roll this week with a number of August applicants reaching the final stage. Spreadsheet updated. Congratulations to you and this brings some hope to others still waiting. Wishing the best of luck to all those waiting to hear about the next stages. The wait should not be too much longer. :):):)

It's all there in the IRCC web site.- - you need to wait two business days after the ceremony before you can apply for a passport.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...me-canadian-citizen/citizenship-ceremony.html
I took Oath at 2pm (Nov 06), saw my status "Complete" on Nov 07 morning. Went there at passport office around 11am and they accepted my application. In nutshell, they accepted passport application less than 24 hours after Oath ceremony. Citizenship Judge announced in ceremony, you can apply for passport on Nov 08.
Just sharing so that if anyone want to apply for passport early, he/she can go to passport office as soon as status change from decision made to "Completed".
Thanks & Good luck everyone.. !
