It has been a long journey but finally has come to a happy end. I wrote my citizenship test yesterday (Oct 15th) and I was asked to come in for Oath Ceremony today (Oct 16th). Please update the spreadsheet. I guess they're expediting because of elections?

Thats pilot project at Scarborough office only where they offer next day oaths if everything is clear
 
This journey is came to an end finally. Took the oath on 11th Oct at Scarborough office. Congratulations to all who got their citizenship and keep patience for those who are waiting for further steps.

Congratulations! Such a relief to reach and complete the final stage and to know that the processing journey is over. I have updated the spreadsheet. I wish you well with your new status and offer thanks to you for having updated us all during your application stages. :):):)

i redid my fingerprinting and then I received the result at my home from RCMP within a week. But, before I sent it to IRCC, I called the call centre and also through web form, I found out that IRCC received the first result just the day before I redid my fingerprints. So now, I’m keeping the second result to myself.

Hello friends! Is anyone still following this group? Seems like most everyone who filed the application in August of 2018 has taken an oath. I am just checking if anyone has experienced such a long wait between passing the exam and seeing "Decision Made". My spouse and I passed the test on April 16th and our case status still says "In Process" as of October 16 - 6 months since the test. I mean, there are no grounds that they can refuse the application, right? We have a solid record of presence and settlement in Canada; passed background checks and citizenship test; what else could be an issue? I know for a fact that several people who took the test in the same group as us and who had filed their applications much later have already been invited and taken the oath. Any thoughts about what may be happening? I ordered the case record and there were no red flags or weird notations on our case file... I sent an inquiry and called IRCC and got a standard response that it is still in process and the 12-month processing time is just an average indicator and the like. Anyhow, anyone to commiserate with me on this? :) Thanks!
 
My ecas changed today:

We sent you a notice on October 16, 2019 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on November 5, 2019 at 1:00 PM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

It came to my surprise as there is no oath being held in London on Nov. 5th!:eek: There is an oath ceremony on Nov. 4th though! I will wait to receive the letter to see what date is on that!

Dear admin please update it on the spreadsheet once you have time. Thanks for your efforts.
