Update: Vancouver Applicant
I received my Citizenship Exam Schedule today scheduled for 6/26

At last!! Great news for you, you have had a long wait. Wishing you all the luck in the world with the test. Spreadsheet updated. :)

Thank you for being a wonderful admin here littleun. Hopefully you’ll receive your invite soon as well.

Please update for 1turtle1 row 83:
- Decision Made date ecas estimate: May 31, 2019
- Oath Letter Date: May 31, 2019 (via email)
- Oath Ceremony: Jun 26, 2019

Just coming back from my oath ceremony. Everything went well and I am now a proud Canadian citizen. I wish everyone here all the best. @littleun you are the best.

A few things I observed that could help some people:

1) Please print and sign the media release form that comes with your oath invite. If you don't they will make you sign it before the ceremony which delays not only you but also those that are behind you in the queue.
2) If the venue is Milner Street Scarborough, there is lots of parking and it seems its free. They are signs saying paid parking but I observed people driving in and out without paying as the boom gates were just open. I might be wrong.
3)The actual ceremony is short. I was at the venue for not more than 1.5hrs.

Congratulations on becoming a Canadian. It has been a long time coming! Thank you for contributing to this forum on a regular basis and giving updates on progress. Every contribution helps all those fellow applicants still waiting and offers hope to all. Enjoy your new status! :):):)

I still have not received my citizenship test yet. It has been nearly 10 months since CIC received my application. I called them and informed, but no progress. Not sure how long do I have to continue wait.

It depends on the city/office your file at. My file is in London office and they usually respond in the 12th month since the date of application is received. I wouldn't worry about it. You can only try calling them or submitting a webform but that would only give you an update on the file if there is any and it doesn't expedite the process. So just relax and wait.

Congratulations, glad that things are starting to come right for you. Wishing you all the best for the test. Thank you for updating everybody, it really does help those still waiting, particularly as time is passing and for those still in line it can feel like they have been forgotten - so it helps to hear that August applicants are still getting updates. Hope you get a speedy Oath date after your test. Spreadsheet updated. :):)

Job change is not required to be reported. Address or contact change should be reported.

I called CIC today my application has been in Process since November 2018. I had submitted the application in August 2018. They told me that everything has been processed but now it was up to the Mississauga office to send me a test invite. It seems that they are backlogged.
