I passed the citizenship test 20/20 back in Jan 24 and My ecas status is still In Process. I was concerned because I saw a lot of applicants got DM a few days after they pass the test. Anyone has similar experience?

Not really the same timeline since I had my test on Feb 28 and no change in ecas since then and I see most people have decision made in 1-2 days and some in a week or so
No clue :/

Hi, I know that some provinces are taking some time on occasions, but I think maybe it is worth giving the CIC call center a call just to check whether they can see anything on your file in terms of activity happening, that may put your mind at ease. Sorry I can't be of more help, but wishing you good luck.

Hey, thank you for your reply and suggestion. I submitted my application back in August and the received by the end of August and started to process by the end of November. I checked the August spreadsheet and I noticed that my citizenship test came a lot earlier than most people applied around the same time. When I did my interview in ottawa, it went smoothly and the officer said if the judge approved it I should be get the invitation to Oath between 2-4month. But is it sounds normal that my case would need a final approval by a judge? My application went so smoothly I wasn’t even requested to send any additional information. I haven’t called because my case is still within 12 months standard time frame. I’m afraid they would just ask me to be patient even if I called. But should I tried to order some kind of notes or just keep waiting?
