Thanks! One more questions - is the citizenship test on a computer or paper-based? Do you get to know if you are answering correctly after each question or at the end? Thanks!!
Paper based OMR sheets ... won't be knowing, all u get is whether if you have passed or not and how much is the score :)

Please update Line 28 - PMC89. Went to the test on January 31st, passed it in style. Got 20/20! The interviewer first asked me how I found the test? Then he told me you've studied well, you got all 20 of them correct! :)

Well done, almost there now! Sheet updated, hope you hear soon about the Oath ceremony.

Hi guys, my citizenship test is on Tuesday. I am trying to arrange my documents in proper order. What do they ask you at the door before letting you in to sit and do your exam? I want to have these handy with me.
I was asked invitation letter and two ID. Paper based exam they will let you know your score during interview, but will not come to know which answers are correct and which are wrong.

Guys, passed my exam on 29-01-2019, but still IRCC didn't get my FP and my file still shows "in process", IRCC requested my DCN number via email after i requested through web form that i had taken my FP with commissionaires.

Should i call again helpline or should i just wait....!!!!

any other brother/sister is in the same boat?.....!!!!

What you need to do is to send email to the RCMP asking for status update, mentioning your name and the reference number ( on the receipt where you did your FP) . They will reply to you with full detail of your FPs ( Date received, completion date of the report, and where and when they sent it).
Once you get this reply, forward it to IRCC either by mail or web form. This is how you can prove that you have your FP taken.
I did the same for mine. Good luck

Here’s the email of the RCMP:

The following appears online:
  1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on August 14, 2018.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on October 25, 2018.

I am new to the process and haven't really read the next steps. It would be great if someone has a ready reckoner of how the process works (in terms of milestones).

Thanks,
