The test invite is usually an email. If your background checks are done... expect the test invite soon... Where is your local office?

Toronto... the problem is i never received any email from them, so most likely i wont received any email again.

I am new to this forum. I received an email from citizenship Canada saying "CONGRATULATIONS! You've reached the next step in the Citizenship process. You have an upcoming appointment". it didn't say if that this is a citizenship test. Does anyone received any letter like this before?

Check ECAS. There would be information there. But I haven't heard that they say Congratulations. It might be a scam if your ECAS doesn't say anything about correspondence.

This is not usual. Do not open any link within that email. Go straight to your ECAS instead. Let us know.

I called five days ago they told me background check was completed but still no test invite. I am wondering can anyone advise me how many days it will take for test invite after background check.
