Please update my status
Citizenship test is scheduled on Feb 11.

I called CIC hotline and found out that i have test schedule already. i was told that they will send me email instruction regarding the test and location 2 weeks before the schedule exam...

Once you connect with IRCC kindly do share the outcome.

Called them in the morning and they were not forthcoming with the details. Just said processing time is 12 months.

Turns out my application status changed to In Process on November 16, 2018.

I just found out today because I fortuitously tried logging in the website and got in, only to realize my mailing address was incorrect (CIC used the address of my former representative who I used for my PR application).

Can you help me with the following? My Citizenship Application Status lists:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on August 23, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on November 8, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on November 16, 2018.

If mail had already been sent my way with Test Invite, or additional info required, would this be listed in the Status website?

I just want to ensure I haven't missed any steps because of erroneously addressed mail.

Please note that ECAS may not reflect all communications sent to you by IRCC - for example, in our case, there was an update about AOR both on ECAS page and via email to us .... however about notice to appear for citizenship test .... we were communicated via email only .... no update on ECAS.

So my suggestion is look for your email inbox or regular postal mail box for all IRCC's communication.
