Hi fellow applicants,
Want to triple check here: receiving AOR confirms that your application has been indeed submitted properly? and that your minimum days required for physical presence are accepted as well? I applied with 1098 days and I know the minimum is 1095 but being so close to the minimum requirement, this is a nail-biter and want to make sure that AOR in fact confirms everything is ok.
To begin with, you don’t have to stress yourself so much. I’m assuming you are in the country. No pun intended, just saying
Okay, to answer to your question.
- Yes, if you receive AOR that means your application is compelete and you meet the minimum requirements but, do remember that data that provided is not verified by CIC at this stage.
- Regarding your 1098 days, I applied when I met 1095 days (My signature on the form is also the day I completed 1095 days. If you are 100% sure of your entry and exists into Canada and your physical calendar (which auto calculates) says you are eligible, you are just fine.
Cheers & Relax! Good things happen but sometimes takes a bit of time.
Have a great weekend!
