@tobs just a quick question. I got an ADR back in november for a copy of my degree certificate in order to make a decision . Does it mean all other documents were accepted ?
yes

Yes you can call them.
Ask where is your file is being processed.
Ask about eligibility,security and criminality.
when was the file last updated.

That all i have
Wait they can tell you when the file was last updated?

Hello house!

Just spoke with an IRCC rep and he said review is required for eligibility and that security and criminality are not yet yet started.
The 6 months timeline expires on the 25th of this month, however, he says I should expect a completion by the 29th of March.

Please what does this mean exactly? Is it that new dates of completion are now given to people? Can one expect the 'Ready for Visa mail' before this time?
Anyone who has been given a new date too or in a similar scenario?
Did he say Review is required for eligibility? I am in a similar case and my completion date was pushed to June 11, 2019. However, for me my application is untouched since R10.

Even I was told to expect a decision by “end of March”. What could this date be?
Seems they have pushed your completion date.

I am in a similar situation. It was suppose to complete on May 2 but now its been pushed to June 11, 2019

Bro you are not, let alone the 'similar 'situation. Her 6 Months timeline already completed and you are only 3 months in (Technically 2+ months). Be patient man, you are in a very good situation, if at all in a 'situation'..

I was just saying that my timeline has been pushed too.

I was hoping to get PPR by April but now seems it will be June

I hope “completion date” has some meaning and significance to THEM. Hope it’s just not some random date :(

My application hasn't moved beyond 'Medical Passed' since September. I know I have a conviction on file, but my FBI and India PCC is clear, because it was minor traffic violation and was never noted on public record. Could this be a reason for delay/ possible rejection? Can I do anything about it? I provided all documents of conviction/arrest as part of client information letter, when I first filed my application. My Security and Criminality status says 'Not Started'.

Please help!
Two things :

First, your file is in Montreal VO where processing time is at least 6 month but these days they are taking around 7 months and currently July folks are getting PPR. There is a separate Montreal thread. Search it and you can join there.

Second and more importantly the Analyst noted that you were convicted for unsafe speed. Not sure what you filled in form and what documents you provided but it seems inconsistent with what you have written. So, that part May need clarification.

He probably got a speeding ticket but mistook it for a court verdict for a criminal act...

The exact thing said was 'in progress' , is it the same as review required? Pls correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

Currently cpc ottawa is slow, the bigger delay lies in background check as its done by a third party agency n cic has no grip over it.
