I was asked for an additional document on Monday which i submitted the same day itself. Application status went back to submitted post submission.

Yeah i too received a ready for visa email that was not very informative either..another egyptian member here had the same case...we’re going tomorow to the vfs office to see what’s going on...
Actually, I already went there and submitted my passport. But I did not inquire about that, then that question just popped up in my head.

Omg! Congrats! You know i called them today and they were clueless about what I am talkingg about..lol! Can you please tell me what to bring with me other than passports? And how much did you pay? And how long did this process take?
call the CIC agent yesterday, she was nice and was told that my eligibility still in process for review and the criminality is passed now, also told that she can see my case was touched few days earlier, but new actual update, and just also said just give more time to the officers to do the work; my AOR is 14 of AUG 2018;had an ADR for prof of funds on 17th, update the explanation on 25th and IP2 comes on 30th Oct. after that nothing happens; could anyone help to advise what kind of situation i am at, so frustrated... only 15days to the 6months mark; anyone has the same situation?

You pretty much done everything you should, you were requested an ADR and you provided it, so relax and wait for the awaited mail, don't stress too much about, very little can go wrong at this stage.
