Hello everyone...
What if I got pregnant before receiving my ppr?
My Aor was august 30 and there are 31 days left for my deadline... “IF” i got my ppr within those 31 days and I landed in canada while i am in the first trimester of my pregnancy...is it possible that I get health insurance before my delivery date? Which provinces give health insurance to pregnant women? If i failed to get a health insurance..delivering a baby is going to be really expensive..do I take a bank loan? What are my options? Also...if I got my ppr , do i tell them at the VFS office that i am pregnant or I dont have to mention it?
Another scenario is that I dont get my ppr within those 31 days (for security screening or ADR Or whatever reason)...should I send a message to tell them that i am pregnant or do I wait until my baby is born?

Also, If i delivered my baby in canada, can i still get a job? Or parental leave is a must? Is there possibilities that I can work from home?

Sorry for the endless questions but i am freaking out a little bit, lol..
In case of a pregnancy you should go to Alberta, they offer health care from day one.

Got in touch with an analyst through the telephone... he was very kind but unfortunately he couldn't say much... he only told me that they were reviewing the eligibility and that was pretty normal even with the 25 days to the 6 months deadline...

Hi everyone...my aor is Aug 25th and medicals passed on sep 20th...stuck in ip1 since then...ordered gcms notes on Dec 4th and received them today but were generated on Dec 6th 2018....everything else seems to be fine except proof of funds:

“Settlement funds: Review required, approx. CAD 22812.30, family of 4 requires CAD 23181

Summary notes: proof of funds: not met, review required”

I gave a fixed deposit of INR 1300000
and if I do the math, the conversion rate they have considered is 56.96 however the conversion rate was 53.61 when I submitted my file on Aug 25th.

Please suggest what should I do in this case.

You can update your funds and send a new proof of funds through CSE ASAP.

Thanks for your prompt reply...I have another question: my 6 months deadline is completing on Feb 25th and medicals expiring on Feb 26th...should I take some action for this right now?

Hey Guys,

Any inland applicants received their PPR yet? My AOR was August 29th, 2018 and still waiting. After medical passed, there is no update so far.

**under CEC

Thanks and appreciate it.

Nope,
My AOR is Aug 9th, CEC, Inland, and I just got one ghost update on Dec but nothing else after that...

Hello guys,

I just got an update on my profile this morning (status changed to application/profile updated), but there is nothing yet. I've been on ip2 stage for months now.
Does that mean I should expect bad news? I'm really confused. I'd really appreciate your input.
Thanks!

You should expect good new. From the patterns found here, this means your PPR will come any day now. Good luck

My AOR is August 1. Received a ghost update on Friday, but no other updates since medicals passed on Aug 24.
