Calling IRCC is more or less like a lottery game, finding an agent isn't an easy task in itself, and you have to find a nice enough agent to interact with you, otherwise he'll just report what you already know (whats displayed in your myCIC account).
I'm trying but for now totally unsuccessful .. tried more than 30 times .. all of the agents are busy ..
however, I'm moving to a new office this weekend so I'll be able to make a call more freely ..
honestly, I'm looking forward to this to be a positive thing going on in the background .. well see ..
I called and after 5 attempts I got connected to an agent..So try try and try until you get putted on the queue. I called around 1 pm canada time
