Good to hear that. Congratulations... What was your VO buddy ? as I am also IP2 25/26 .... Gives some positive vibes!!!

Hi Folks,
I got an RPRF request on mid October.
I believe I moved to IP2 on November 16th as i got a message saying "We have started your background check". Does this mean i might at least have my eligibility recommended pass ?
I have been trying to get in touch with a CIC agent, but have failed till now. Also, my account is handled by an agent so i don't know about any ghost updates.
I am kind of blank on the status of my eligibility.

Any expert opinions?

How do you know that security wasn't started yet ? is your eligibility recommended passed ? thanks
 
I finally managed to get through to an agent. My status is:
Medical Exam: Pass
Eligibility: Met
Criminality: Pass
Security: Not yet started.

Please can anyone tell me how long this might take?

Just called CIC, no change in status - security not yet started.

She also said Security will start only after eligibility is passed. As per current status its Met. Any thoughts?

Last call made : 15th Dec

Security is something they don't usually mark as completed, so your application seems very close to the finish line! Good luck!

Nobody here can tell tou how long it would take for sure, as a matter of fact the call agents can't tell you. We're just gonna wait and sign out of the process recieving PPR one after the other.

Going through an agent in Toronto, ON but have access to my profile.
