Happy New Years to you too. For now it's all silence, we're starting to be more and more stressed because of knowing very little about what's going on. Our application being at a LVO makes it impossible to get info from a call agent because they have no access to information. PR for us all in January.

Happy New Year Everyone! Hope we all get our PPRs very soon....if a file has to be rejected, how soon would CIC let us know.....? Any idea? For any xyz reason, does rejection happen immediately and updated or do they keep it pending for months before informing the applicant?

It can happen at anytime. I have seen people getting rejected even after 4-5 months of AOR.

Okay but what I'm asking is how soon do they inform the applicant about the rejection?

I'm at the peaks of anxiety so in my head I started feeling there is some problem with my file.....so just wanted to understand about how they handle rejected files..... inform the applicant immediately and close the chapter or keep them waiting forever and th
