Most agents are idiots and ignorant. And such statements prove that.
Well there was a similar statement made 3 weeks back and then there was a flood of PPRs following that on Monday for CEC candidates. It has been quite last 2 weeks but I don't think it has anything to do with quotas being done for the year because even now PPRs are trickling in as per immitracker. The volume may be anyways low because of vacation weeks coming up but I don't think it has anything to do with the PPR quota.
This is false and there’s no such thing as “no more PPRs because some imaginary quota was hit.” Agents should not be taken seriously. If one doesn’t want to apply on one’s own, I’d suggest an actual attorney. Agents shouldn’t be taken too seriously.
I finally see the progress bar now. Never has the display of such a pointless progress bar brought a smile to my face.

Yes. I hope that all of our applications have already been approved and sitting somewhere...and the officers in one of these visa offices are going to be like, "We haven't informed these people yet??? I thought we did a couple of months ago!!" and send us the PPR email
Did anyone's myCIC profile showed the progress bar as well? Says, Estimated completion date: February 25, 2019.. they needed an additional document and I hope this means that they accepted it and my sister's application is moving forward.

Guys. Here’s proof of the fact that there’s no such thing as “annual PPR limit received”.
As of 20 minutes ago, my colleague got his PPR. We were sitting in a meeting and he’s like “Can I pull you aside for a second?” We go out and he gives me the good news!
5 of us friends had applied together (all US based with AORs in first two weeks of August). This particular colleague was the last one pending. As of now, we are all through.
Timelines for us have ranged from 2 months to 4.5 months.
Quick question: His UCI number on his PPR letter matches with the UCI number on his AOR letter. But his application number on PPR letter is different from application number on AOR letter. Anyone else faced a similar situation?
