No brother, you are very good at English, well written. I am truly glad that somebody finally gave some logic for pacifying me. One agent told me that this is a normal process, eligibility will review by a senior officer. But you know, after searching in this forum, there is so much worry and contradictions of review required. I was confused and scared then order GCMS. I am only on 4 months to be complete on Dec 20th, that means have to wait another 2 more months calmly and peacefully. Thank you once again for your motivation.

I suggest you should wait for 4 months at least. then maybe you can order GCMS other than it will not be a wise decision. IRCC is now very slow, this won't help.
An application gets review required when the person processing at the first level doesn't find any document according to the guideline. So, he will put review required status for the second level of the officer to focus on that and take the final decision.
It is a normal procedure because it has been seen that either first level officer was just cautious or he missed some documents.
But it will be better for you to order GCMS note so that you can understand what is the reason behind the review required status. If you think additional documents might help your case or clear the confusion then you can just upload those.

I would advise not to mail him unless you have crossed 180 days.
If you want to know status of application in detail call CIC and talk to an agent. They both will tell you the same things.
Talking to agent or him won’t expedite application processing.

i have applied on 03/08 so i have 4 months now, i got 2 ghost updates (check my signature) and i have emailed CIC and they said that they have received all documents and that i need to wait until a decision should be made.
And Ralph would say the same.
You are from PNP pool. And from what I across in various posts that it takes more time.
And you might need some extra verifications for the 600 points (PNP gives you that which FSW don’t have ).

And there are people waiting for more than 200+ days. Please think twice before posting such things here. You are anxious. That’s not good but don’t make people anxious too.
They clearly state that give them 6 months on average. So if you cross that time you have my sympathy. But till then it’s pretty normal.
And be hopeful.
Ghost update I did check that, which means someone worked on your application.
So take that as good sign
It’s still nice of him.
Had it been someone based in India,they would have intentionally delayed processing of file.
