Differnce between “Under Review” or “review required?”
Under review means review is in progress, review reqd is a comment put in by the case analyst for the case officer to pay notice to a particular aspect n investigate if necessary.

Yes you can work beyond your initial work permit while your BWOP application is in processing/until a decision is made.

I should add that please ensure your permanent residency application is in a processing state before you submit your bwop application.

Yes, apply for PR first then you apply for BOWP. As long as you apply to both of them before your permits expire you are good.
 
MY AOR is 15-Aug, My file moved to IP2 on 16Oct and got a ghost update on 17 Oct. I called CIC on 4 Nov, and they said my application has been approved. But since then no PPR email, it is more than a month now. Please suggest

wow u should probably check the spam folder and call them again

You should call them again. However, I have read of cases on this forum were people called CIC and they said everything is approved but for some reason it took more than 1-2 months till they got their PPR.
