BC PNP Inland - CEC
AOR 2018/08/02
PPR 2018/09/24

My case is also very simple - single applicant - no travel history aside from Canada and my home country ( I spent most of my time after my 18th birthday in Canada so on the checklist they didn't even ask for PCC from my home country but I submitted it anyway) - 1 school and 1 employment ( a big engineering company in Canada).

Lucky you!
CEC Inland is the main reason for quick PPR I guess

I am FSW-O
Country of residence UAE
Travelled 7 countries in last 10 years so they would have to check quite a lot

Good thing is that my UK visa is valid till 2022 and US visa is Valid till 2020

These 2 countries conduct really thorough security checks while issuing visas so I guess that should be a positive point

I hope to get PPR really soon. Can't wait to move to Canada :)

guys what is the meaning of IP1 and IP2? kept on seeing it here in different posts. I am going to submit my eAPR likely by end of this week

One states it’s in progress (IP1) and then in processing (IP2). Your background check is them checking your medical, documents and criminal checks as we as your travel history. I had a decent chat with an officer last week. There really is no order that any of this goes in and they sporadically check segments of your profile.

Aor aug 31st. Still don’t have any medical passed? Any advice? Still says medical exam not needed.
I am in the same boat as you are even though my AOR is Jul 31.

I'm similar to yours. About 2 weeks after MEP/Bio done, BGC turned to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."

My BGC is still in IP1 for 26 days now!

My BGC is still in IP1 for 26 days now!
i am in a similar boat. BGC has been the same ever since MEP on 9 September. Application in Process. We will let you know when we start BGC.
