For my edification from this post, does this mean not everyone needs Biometrics? I’m a US citizen. I got my MEP 3 days ago but no request for Bio

Cic website says those whose their biometrics are needed are people from Europe,middle east and Africa

yes, same here.This is IP1 stage. not sure how much time it will take for them to move to IP2.

Not sure about that but I think first PPRs from August will be those applicants who are residing in USA.

But from the consolidated list the latest AOR for Indian applicant who got PPR residing in India was 10-15 June 2018.

So let’s stay calm and wait.

I am just commenting based on data from tracker. The process is un predictable.

Anyone having problems with registering biometrics at vfs global offices recently.
Yesterday I went to their Singapore office to register biometrics for EE application but was told that there is a technical issue that needs to be patched globally and that I have to wait until its resolved. So far it has not been resolved.
What can be done in this kind of scenario?
