As per the immitracker, it is taking around 22 days (in India) for the medicals to get cleared. You could check if you're not in India.

Hi people I have a lot of questions I hope someone will help me out.
I am doing my process through an agent.
I submitted my PR application on 19th July n got an acknowledgement letter on the 20th July but the payment was not charged. My credit card was charged on the 13th August. We are a family of five and my husband has a job offer as well. They charged all our visa fees n only one landing fees.
My question is Why only one landing fees n before the credit card was even charged it says background verification was going on. can someone please tell me if everything is correct this way.
