After submitting ADR(pof and schedule A and travel history) and remedical, how much time would it take for PPR?

Which embassy office shall we click for uploading web form. Which mentioned in GCMS notes or your country embassy office.
My Application is a year old today No movement since last year. Ordered GCMS notes in March and saw Review required for sibling relationship. I raised a CSE and uploaded more documents to prove sibling relationship. Up until now no movement despite all the calls and mails. Medical has expired and changed from passed to no need of medical.
Please can someone advice what to do next because I am tempted to withdrew my application and probably start a new application before my IELTS expires next year.

Don't withdraw, applications are being processed from August AOR
It is hard to say but it is a matter of them picking up your file to finalize since you already have provided additional docs to support rr ..
There were files that was not worked upon after medical passed for almost one year even without any rr or ss just because of the volume of backlogs...
So i would say give it a couple more weeks as you can see a lot of 2018 files clearing this week .. Looks like they are catching up to the backlogs ..
So hang in there for 3- 4 more weeks - i am sure you should hear something from them by then as long as there is no ss ..

Guys, I think I got the email "subject: Ready for Visa" from IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
Requesting for Passport submission the instructions are valid for US/Canada submission but I moved to India this June. So requested more info in that regards. Not 100% sure if it is for PR but looks like it
