I have sent multiple emails to this ID and have not received any response. The only time I got response from this ID was when I called the agent and they sent a message to the VO enquiring about the delay. They mentioned that additional verification was required and hence the delay. I think web form is any day better than sending mail to this ID.

Get a new letter that ties really closely with the job duties listed for your NOC code on the CIC web (this is really important).
In your LOE, you can explain how you came to know about the issue with your eligibility from your GCMS notes and why you're sending in additional documents.

Please suggest - We are two people in the application and I raised a CSE three months back to update the address; however, address was updated only for me but not for the dependent (based on GCMS notes). I raised one more CSE two weeks back asking them to update the dependent address as well, but havent received any confirmation yet. I spoke to a agent two days back about the same issue and she said she cannot access dependent info and not much of help. What should I do?
