This status hasn't changed since 10 days. I heard IP1 takes a 1-2 days. Anyone has the same issue?

People are waiting in IP1 for more than 3 months, be patient.

I’ve also read that IP1 takes a few hours/a day or two but I don’t think it’s a general guideline.
First of all, the concept of IP1 appears to be user defined/created. Second, every application is different - nationality, number of applicants etc. so the timeline will likely be different. Third, the number of applications in the pipeline as well as backlog and public holidays (when CIC staff may not be working) will also impact the progress.

My guess is that as we move towards the end of the year, the processing might take longer than what it does at the beginnning through to the middle of the year

Just checked my profile and saw ADR for form IMM 5669. Anyone had experience filling this form before? It looks exactly like the personal history section on my profile, then why would they ask for it again?

The wordings of the instruction letter to pay RFPRF is as below; i was given a 7 day deadline to pay.

QUOTE-:
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:
RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee
UNQUOTE-:

Application/profile details
Application step Current status
Review of eligibility -: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results -: You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents-: Not applicable.
Interview-: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics-: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check-: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
Final decision-: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
