Do you guys reckon my application is going to exceed the 6 months ETA? Been worried and checking the website and this forum every hour the last few days.

I think it depends who you talk to and the mood they are in. I called a few weeks ago and had a nice chat with the agent. While my application has the same status you described, she said everything looks on course to be completed within 6 months.
