In this case, make sure you are as comprehensive in your answer as possible, to be on the safe side, and then they can do their own checks. Good luck.

Not necessarily but you can send them an inquiry asking if the additional document has been reviewed. There's no harm in that.

I got a Ghost update today morning and my ADR status is also showing as We are reviewing the additional documents you provided . Infact few people in the forum have said they received PPR with the same status as ours . so we still have chance to get PPR .

may i ask your Timeline and VO ?

You may have to try a number of times before they put you through to an agent and then wait for 20-40 mins. For this reason, I recommend calling from google hangouts - its free.

Have your application number ready. Also, be really nice and polite to the agent (please and thank yous) and ask specific questions about your application. For example: status of eligibility, criminality and security checks. I also ask they need anything else from me.
They always told me more than I can see on the website :)

Has anyone with AOR around 23rd Aug called cic recently? If ys what was the status. Has security started?
