Not surprising. It has been happening for quite sometime actually. Overtimes during the weekend and the fact that this is the peak season for student visa applications maybe one of the reasons .

Also, I have noticed that their systems take time to get updated. Like I received MEP on 24th early morning but got the profile has been updated email only at 11 in the night on the 24th. So system lag maybe a factor.

I got my MEP yesterday, no request for biometrics. I received an email an hour ago saying my application has been updated, but nothing changed when I signed in. Anyone knows what this means?

That’s a delayed notification email of MEP which usually comes within 24 hours of status change on GCKey portal.

I'm actually using an agent and the last time I checked, d screenshot shows d initial comment everyone do get.

I will put a call through to them tomorrow and drop an update here. Hopefully my Medical has been passed.

With the IME/UMI number mentioned on the receipt that is provided to you by the panel physician and you upload it with your application.

I am using an agent too....I checked online services for getting updates, but it says no result found...
So i requested agent to provide a screenshot of the status...
Status is "We are checking your eligibility".

Will i have to request for screenshot of the status everytime i need to get the updated status...
Any option other than this...
