is there any whatsapp group that I can get myself added to? would love to know the fellow residents before I land there early next year.
I have had the same Background Check status for over a month, but still anxiously waiting for the PPR.

Medical: Passed In Sept 2018
NOV 7TH 2018 asked for RPRF fees and Schedule A background declaration form IMM 5669 submitted the same by 12th Nov 2018.
No update since then please suggest what is our stage? And when can we expect PPR Email
Also need guidence how to submit GCSM notes?
I can see they are reviewing additional documents and background verification not started till now

I had already had my medical done in June.
I was then requested to submit my finger prints on SEP 13th and I went and submitted it on SEP 23rd.

Review of additional documents We do not need additional documents.
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics Completed.

Quick question guys
When we request gcms notes, do they give us the application status up until the date we requested the report or the day they issue it?
Like if I order today after 4 months from aor, do I get today's status or the status I will have a month from now that they issue the report?

You will have the status until the notes are printed... mostly this is the same or next day of your application being filed!
So. I spoke to a CIC agent 1,5 month ago and he told me application approved. 2 weeks later I raised a CSE asking about the appication. They replied decision has been made, rest assured Visa Office will contact you. Last week on Friday, I raised a CSE because I didn’t get any emails on progress bar. Today I get a reply my application is still in process and they will contact me once a decision has been made. How does an application go to decision made to in process agajn in 3 weeks? This is weird.

Just one quick question ... Is it possible to "miss" a ghost update?
Let's say that you didn't log-in into your account for 3 weeks and during that time there was a so-called ghost update .. is it possible that the system "corrects" itself and switch back application status to "submitted" instead of "updated"?
