You claim points for experience that has already taken place. If you quit, no consequences but you only inform IRCC that you're no longer working there. He basically said something similar to what you were saying and his guess was around 22nd of November. I guess we are just going to wait and see. My Bridging Open Work permit is also still in review. The review time for the BOWP has gone up from 52 days to 61 days apparently.

I am a PNP applicant. AOR 20th August, IP1 from 26th Sep, after that nothing has changed......i don't know what's going on.!!!
Lots of people from august AOR got their PPR...but we are here waiting for.................
