August 2017 Worksheet Deleted

I tried today to access August 2017 worksheet . I couldn't . somebody has deleted it. all of our info are inside it. How can we recover it?

If you see the spreadsheet, August is missing. Somebody messed with it

You will be Ok as long as on the day you signed your application the old application form was the one that was featured on their website. We already had this issue in June when they changed forms - they did not return applications using old forms.

We cannot be punished for using old forms if they change them after we mail file, especially if it takes them over a month to open it and send us AOR
