I sent mail to the visa office,I wanted to check the status of my application I got the answer My application is under review.in our office

That's completely normal, they're processing your application
oooh nervousness already catches me,almost 4 months in process,nothing They are not moving.
You only applied in August, the target is 12m. Have to be patient.
My husband had an interview in Pirt au Prince yesterday. I attended and the officer talked to me as well. She is approving the application but.my husband needs to do a DNA test with his oldest daughter first. An email was sent to us today with the instructions. Background check started today and also pre arrival services sent!!!

Hi guys! My lawyer just requested photos of me (Im the applicant being sponsored). And then she gave me a PDF about Permanent Residents Photograph Specifications.

Why I divorced my first husband
How we met, how the relationship developed
What will we do if she doesn't approve the application
What I do in my spare time
At the end she asked where I was. He told her I'm in the waiting area, and she was surprised I was in haiti for the interview! Lol
She asked me many of the same questions. She asked who was watching my kids when i travelled to haiti on short notice. What do my family and friends think about our age difference. Do I have enough bedrooms for 3 more family members. I had the chance to elaborate on many things. I felt she listened closely and considered everything. My presence wasn't mandatory, but we know it had a positive impact.

Congrats !!! What was his answer when she asked him " What will we do if she doesn't approve the application" ?
He said we will have to make preparations for me to live in Haiti and try re-applying at a later time.
