I sure hope so. We do have a few complications with our application but I'm hoping that all the documentation I included will be enough to help us out!

Just when I was signing the sponsorship forms I realized I forgot to have my wife sign IMM1344 and had to send it back to Cebu two weeks ago and just got it back yesterday.

There's so much to include with the forms that it is easy to forget something but eventually you have to trust yourself. That's what I am telling myself

Ya, cause takes time to get authenticated report of marriage and advisory then i did renewed my passport took me 3 months to get it done. from collecting and printing photos. msg , etc. my kind of work help me a lot to sneak to do our papers and print while boss/supervisor not around lol.

it's a good relieved for you tho. finally your application next in line.

I found this thread from 2015 about the process.

It looks like you get your Application Number and your UCI number when you receive the AOR1. Which I have been reading on these posts can take about 21 to 25 days.

If you put your email address on the application form you will receive an email otherwise a letter.

Generally, the AOR confirmation means that your package was opened up and all required forms have been included, all required signatures are in place and the latest/current version of all forms were submitted. This usually means that the application will not be returned as incomplete...but now always.

I'm wondering the same. Although I'm a little confused. There's a difference between ecas and MyCIC? Also, apparently people have been able to link their application even before receiving AOR1?

Can anyone point me in the direction of how to sign up with ecas and MyCIC and how to link my application? It was signed for yesterday (August 16th) by an R. Mahmood.

You're all probably shaking your heads at how clueless I am haha.

Hello everyone!!

I'm a US gent (from Spokane, WA) married to an awesome Canadian woman (from Bellevue, AB)! We're finished with our Outland package, and taking it to an attorney in Lethbridge, AB for a quick once-over on Thursday. Hopefully it'll be on its way early next week.

Quick question: After we get SA from CPC-M, does it go to Ottawa or Los Angeles next? My supplemental checklist asked me to choose from Los Angeles or New York, NY for an interview (if required). We chose LA.

I'm just digging into the posts here, and I see references to CPC-O and LA.

Good Luck! It has been kind of a challenge to find American/Canadian couples on this forum, so it is a delight to have come across your post. We chose New York as my fiance is from RI and it seems closer, but from what I have heard NY is no longer doing interviews. Keep me posted on your application progress as we sent ours Aug 9!
