Form CIT 0002- I left blank section 3B and 3C in the form instead of writing Not Applicable or NA. I guess it is sure shot return? what you guys think?

I left it blank too. Dont think it qualifies for the application to be returned. But then i am an optimistic person. ;D so who knows what will happen

I sincerely feel CIC need to update the form to include "Not Applicable" check box on the form to avoid different interpretation of leaving the form blank by different officers.

This would be applicable if there is name change as mentioned in document checklist. Any thing written in section 3B/3C needs to be supported by documentation as in Gather documents in the application guide.

There you go...you got what you're looking for. So chill out. Dont worry. Everything is gonna be okay. Worst case is they will send application back and we will resend it after correcting. Live moves on

Addresses in the past six years immediately before the date of your application
or
since you became a permanent resident,
Whichever is MOST RECENT.

I lbecome permanant resident in August 12 and. I will apply in august 16. How many year of addresses i have to fill from August 12 to Aug 16. Or Aug 10 to aug 16. Plz comment
