Congrats on your SA!

So we called and the agent said they are processing apps from August 7, we told her the website says August 14, she checked again and said "oh yea you're right" she said she'll send an email to our case worker right away to get back to us. So now we continue to wait.

Hmmm it worries me when they don't know basic info like this. I've only called them twice (unrelated to PR) and both times I got incorrect info that almost led me to be denied entry to Canada... Sometimes you can get a good one (I've read here) but not always.

I hope you hear something soon :)

Thanks! This is the second time I've called too and both times left me unimpressed! Hopefully we hear good news soon, I worry if we are having issues with just getting SA what it will be like and how long it will take for PR. We thought we have an easy straight forward app but I constantly worry we did something wrong or missed something!
 
I am still eagerly awaiting my SA too! My app was received Aug 4th. The call centre agent couldn't tell me anything and was going to send a message to the case worker 3 days ago but I still have not heard or received anything. Hoping for next week.

Really? Here I thought we were the only ones waiting past the timeline! 3 days ago and nothing? I'm sorry! I hope you hear something soon!
 
Yay!! I called CIC again today and found out I have been approved for sponsorship and the file is in transit. I have received no notifications other than verbal so I hope its true!!!

Good luck. Apparently the notifications are released in batches. So the batch may not yet be released for some reason....
 
Finally received my SA after 63 days from the day the application was received.

Hoping that everyone get their AOR's and SA's and that the processing is speedy for everyone.

Yes, hopefully all August applicants will have SA's by the end of the month. I'm from Manila VO.

My timeline is below:

We received your application for permanent residence on October, 2010. (Refugee Private Sponsorship)
We started processing your application on February, 2015.
We sent you a letter on February, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Interview scheduled for March, 2015. (I did the interview on March 2015)
We sent you medical instructions on June, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us - ( I did the Medicals on July 2015).
Medicals have been recieved (updated the ecas 13th October 2015)

Please what is next? how long to whait upto the decision make? is it possible my landing date becomes with in October or November? Please share your experience with me!!!
