If thats the case, our AOR should be this week.. We too sent ours on the 18th and was received on the 20th.

Some people say that sometimes no AoR1 but after 60 days they already received SA. ☺️

For all those patiently waiting here is what had happened to my friend last year when she applied. Her app was received on August 20t 2014, she did not receive any word from CIC until October 3rd 2014, thats when she got AOR1. After that a few weeks later she got SA. The second part of the papers were sent to Vienna, her husband had received PR on December 17th 2014. She had paid CIC in full, the 1040 dollars, had all the papers done as well as did the medical before sending it off. I followed and did the same thing as she did with my wife. Hopefully this can give you guys some sort of timeline to look forward too.

thanks for the info! ^_^

Checking the processing times and I see it is only 56 days for Sponsorship and I click on the Permanent Resident times and its Los Angeles 27 months? So, it's 5 to 27 months o.O such a huge range :D. Or am I missing something, I thought for US outland applications get sent to Ottawa, is this not the case anymore?

Baffled

US still go to Ottawa, applications only go to LA if there are a lot of red flags and interviews and such are needed. You should be OK :)

Glad to see the time is down to 56 days, I could potentially have SA by the end of next week?!?! And even sooner for you

Anybody whose application was received after 15 Aug got AOR1?

Based on the 2015 spreadsheet, an application that was received Aug 17 received AOR today

Thats good news, Im guessing those who had their apps received on the 20th should be getting AOR either by the end of next week or the week after that.

I just received my AOR1 this morning . My application was received on August 18 2015
