Yes. I think they do. In my case, they weren't happy with the format of ID I sent for my kid's bio dad (non accompanying) so they sent another email with the issue highlighted.

Is your child in the application for PR?
 
Yep. But we all got PPR, so the second document I sent must have been what they were looking for!

Passports are currently in Ottawa. Just waiting for them to be sent back, and then we can land! :D

just got my passport back and made a appointment for landing...

Expecting passport back on Monday.

Renting a convertible Mustang to hit up the Coutts border crossing from Calgary.

Will be back just in time for the celebration party/BBQ at my friend's. :P

Sorry have had some personal issues and couldn't share this earlier, we got passport request around June end! :) Good luck to everyone and thank you for all your support during the anxious waiting period! :D
